We recently had an order for 120 glass lids that needed initials engraved on them. Because of the curve in the glass, getting consistent results wasn’t as straightforward as we expected. Using our 5W UV laser, we ran several tests to figure out the best way to get a clean engraving across the curved surface. After some experimenting, we found a solution that worked perfectly. Stay tuned for our next video where we’ll show how we set up a jig to engrave all 120 lids consistently.
